I am the author of the teen novel The Mask of Tamirella, 2007 Hollywood Book Festival Honorable Mention, 2008 Eric Hoffer Award Finalist, and 2008 Indie Excellence Book Award Finalist. After spending most of my life in the entertainment industry (you can catch me in various episodes of Rags to Riches and some very bad movies and cable shows that shall remain unnamed), I decided to make a career change and go back to school, via hubby's encouragement. My teen audio book Quest for Freedom is now live at www.podiobooks.com/title/quest-for-freedom, and the first book in my adult paranormal fantasy series Desert Magick: Superstitions is set for a Nov 2008 release. I studied with Nebula award-winning author Sheila Finch and award-winning author Suzanne Greenberg and received my Creative Writing degree from California State University, Long Beach. Current memberships include the Arizona Authors Association and the Scottsdale Society of Women Writers.
